This page will link you to the registration page for CAC-2018, where you can register for the conference and short courses (accommodation is separate). Early registration closes April 30, 2018. Some general registration notes are given below. Once you have read these, proceed to registration through the link at the bottom of the page.
- Registration fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Early registration fees (by April 30) are $750 (regular), $350 (student) and $150 (accompanying person). Course fees are $250 (regular) and $150 (student) per half day course. Late registration fees are $150 higher (course fees are unaffected).
- Student fees apply to registrants currently enrolled as students in an undergraduate or graduate program at a recognized institution (does not include post-doctoral fellows or research associates). Registrants should be prepared to present a valid student ID card or other proof of status upon check-in.
- The preferred payment method is by credit card. However, the system can issue an invoice if this is necessary. If paying by this method, ensure that the conference and registrant are clearly identified when making payment.
- Cancellation policy: Registration may be cancelled by contacting the conference at email@example.com. Full fees (less $20 handling fee) will be refunded prior to the Early Registration deadline (April 30). A 50% refund will be issued between May 1 - May 31. No refunds are available after June 1, 2018.
